How fast do you reply to order and shipping queries?
Within 24 business hours via email or WhatsApp. For tracking, the live order page at /track/ pulls Shiprocket data in real time — usually faster than waiting for a human reply. Logged-in customers can also see live status on their order dashboard.
How do I get HORECA / wholesale pricing?
Use the inquiry form at /wholesale/ — it captures your company, GSTIN, monthly carton volume, and product mix (toilet rolls, kitchen towels, multi-fold hand towels, napkins, facial tissues). Sales replies with a tiered quote, a sample-pack option, and a proposed delivery cadence within 1 business day.
Where are you located?
Our warehouse is in Rajkot, Gujarat — PIN 360005. Visitors are welcome with two weeks' advance notice for facility tours or sustainability audits. Rajkot is well-connected by air (Rajkot Hirasar International, HSR) and rail. Drop a note via the form above and we'll share the exact address.
Do you handle press and media inquiries?
Yes — direct press, podcast and editorial inquiries to hello@bamboopaper.in. We can supply founder bios, press-ready product photography, sustainability methodology backup, and sample packs for editorial use. Response within 2–3 business days.
Do you have a partner or reseller programme?
We run two distinct programmes. (1) HORECA reseller — for kitchen / housekeeping distributors who want to supply our multi-fold hand towels and napkins to their venue customers under their own service contract. What if I have a quality issue with a pack?
Email orders@bamboopaper.in with photos of the pack and the batch code printed on the carton — we treat quality complaints as priority and respond within 4 business hours. For verified defects we offer either a free-replacement shipment or a full refund, customer's choice.
Can I update or cancel my subscription from here?
Subscription changes (skip next, pause, swap items, change cadence, cancel) are all one-tap from your account portal at /account/subscriptions/ — you don't need to contact support. If you can't access your account or the portal is unresponsive, WhatsApp or email orders@bamboopaper.in and we'll handle it manually within the day.
