General disclaimer covering content, product use, sustainability claims, third-party links and AI-assisted content on BambooPaper.in. Read together with our Terms and Privacy Policy.

1. General
The information on BambooPaper.in is published in good faith and for general information only. Agochar Tech LLP makes no representations or warranties about the completeness, reliability or accuracy of any product description, article, specification or third-party content on this Site. Any action you take on the basis of information found here is strictly at your own risk.
Nothing in this Disclaimer limits or waives your rights as a Consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including the right to seek compensation for defective goods or deficient service, or to file a complaint at the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
2. Product specifications
Ply count, sheets per roll/pack, sheet dimensions, grammage and HSN classification figures published on product pages are typical specifications verified at the mill for a representative production lot. Actual measurements may vary by ±5% from the typical range due to the natural variability of bamboo pulp. For lot-specific Certificates of Analysis and the supplier's FSC certificate, please email hello@bamboopaper.in.
All packaging displays the declarations required by the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 — manufacturer name and address, country of origin, net quantity, month and year of manufacture, Maximum Retail Price (inclusive of all taxes) and customer-care contact details. The website may show a generic image; the physical pack is the legally authoritative version.
3. Use of tissue paper products
Bamboo tissue is a single-use paper product. Please use safely:
- Toilet rolls and facial tissues are independently tested as septic-safe per IPC-CIB soak-test methodology and may be flushed in standard Indian sewage and septic systems.
- Kitchen towels, dinner napkins and multi-fold hand towels are NOT flushable. They are heavier-weight, wet-strong sheets meant for the dry-waste bin or compost.
- Keep packs in a dry storage area away from steam, water spillage and direct sunlight to preserve sheet integrity.
- Bamboo tissue is home-compostable in 8–12 weeks under typical municipal compost conditions; please separate from plastic waste before disposal.
- If used as a wipe near broken skin, use once and dispose. Bamboo paper is not a medical wound dressing and has no medical certification.
- Keep individual rolls and dispenser refills out of reach of pets and small children.
Agochar Tech LLP is not liable for plumbing or septic-system damage caused by flushing non-flushable items (kitchen towels, napkins, multi-fold hand towels) or for misuse of products beyond their intended single-use application.
4. Sustainability and environmental claims
Trees-saved, water-saved and CO₂-avoided figures published on the homepage counter, per-subscription dashboards and product pages are computed from published industry coefficients:
- FAO virgin-pulp tree equivalents (~17 trees per ton of virgin tissue)
- NRDC water-use Life-Cycle Assessment for virgin tissue paper
- Third-party bamboo-vs-tree comparative LCA studies
The methodology, including every coefficient and how it is applied per-SKU based on actual sheet weight, is published in full on the Bamboo Story methodology page. Coefficients are reviewed annually. These figures are good-faith estimates, not audited environmental disclosures and should not be presented as Scope-3 reporting without your own auditor's verification.
5. FSC certification
Our bamboo pulp is sourced from suppliers holding FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification. FSC audits responsible-management standards at the source plantation. We retain supplier FSC certificates on file and can share copies on request. If a supplier's certification lapses, the FSC reference is removed from product pages and packaging within 7 days of becoming aware of the lapse.
6. Third-party links and embeds
Articles on our blog and resource pages may link to external sites — research papers, FAO / NRDC / RBI / Ministry of Environment publications, industry standards, certification bodies. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. A link is not an endorsement, and an endorsement on a linked site is not endorsement of us.
7. Stock photography and product images
Some imagery on this site is licensed stock photography (Pexels, Unsplash) used to illustrate product categories and lifestyle context. Where shown, photos are representative — actual product packaging design, sheet shade, embossing pattern and pack dimensions may vary slightly by manufacturing lot. The SKU specification table on each product page is the authoritative technical detail.
8. AI-assisted content
Some product descriptions, blog posts and FAQ answers are drafted with the help of AI tools and reviewed by a human editor before publication. Where a piece is materially AI-generated and not fact-checked against a verifiable primary source, we mark it accordingly. This disclosure follows the spirit of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 as amended in 2023 with regard to synthetic information.
9. Pricing and availability
Prices and stock are accurate at the time of publication and may change without notice. Subscription pricing is locked at the cadence rate (10%, 12% or 15–20%) for as long as the subscription remains active; any list-price change applies only to subsequent cycles after the customer is notified and re-consents (see Subscription Terms §8). Promotional codes are subject to availability and may end early. If a price displayed is materially incorrect (typo, system error), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund — see Cancellation Policy §2.
10. No professional advice
Articles on this site (sustainability swaps, zero-plastic guides, septic-tank biology, subscription sizing) are educational. They are not a substitute for professional advice — medical, plumbing, environmental, procurement or legal. Use your own judgement, follow local regulations and consult a qualified professional when needed.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Rajkot, Gujarat. Consumer remedies under §34 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain available at the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission with territorial jurisdiction over your residence.
