Can you supply consistent quality across a multi-property group?
Yes — every batch uses FSC-certified bamboo, and we hold all properties under a single account with one POC, one quarterly invoice, and per-property delivery routing. Supplier FSC certificate details available on request.
Do you offer co-branded amenity packaging?
Yes for orders ≥50 cartons per SKU. Hotel logo printed on the paper wrap; setup is a one-time die fee. Common spec: 24-pack toilet roll cartons with hotel co-branding on the outer wrap, individual roll wrap unbranded.
How do scheduled deliveries work for a 100-key hotel?
Quarterly cadence with optional mid-quarter top-ups. You tell us peak occupancy weeks (we can build it from your STAAH/Hotelogix forecast) and we ship 2–3 weeks before. No phone-tag, no follow-up.
